How to Use Aerox Strips

Simple. Effective. Every time. — takes about 30 seconds.

Clean & Dry Your Nose

Wash your nose with warm water and pat completely dry. Remove any oils, moisturizer, sunscreen, or sweat. This is the most important step — a clean, dry surface is the key to all-night adhesion.

💡 Tip:Use a gentle cleanser or toner wipe if you have oily skin.

Peel the Backing

Hold the strip by the edges and carefully peel off the protective backing. Try not to touch the adhesive side — oils from your fingers can reduce stickiness.

💡 Tip:Peel from one end to keep the strip flat.

Position Across the Bridge

Center the strip across the widest part of your nose, just above the nostrils. The ends of the strip should sit on the fleshy sides of your nose — not on bone.

💡 Tip:Look in a mirror to ensure it's centered and even.

Press Firmly for 10–15 Seconds

Press down along the entire length of the strip with your fingers, paying extra attention to the ends. Apply firm, even pressure for 10–15 seconds to activate the adhesive fully.

💡 Tip:Rub the ends in a circular motion for maximum bond.

Breathe Freely

That's it! You should feel an immediate increase in airflow. The strip will remain in place through workouts, sleep, and everyday activity. Remove gently in the morning using the wet method below.

💡 Tip:If it feels uncomfortable, check that it's not positioned too close to the nostrils.

✓ Do

  • Apply to completely clean, dry skin
  • Press firmly for at least 15 seconds
  • Center the strip across the bridge
  • Wet the strip to remove it easily
  • Use a new strip for each application

✗ Don't

  • Don't apply over oily or damp skin
  • Don't touch the adhesive side
  • Don't wear on broken or irritated skin
  • Don't rip the strip off dry — always wet first
  • Don't reuse a strip from the night before
