General
Aerox nasal strips are flexible, adhesive strips worn on the outside of the nose. They gently lift and open the nasal passages, increasing airflow for better breathing during sleep, exercise, or everyday activity.
Yes. External nasal dilators have been studied extensively and shown to reduce nasal resistance and improve airflow. Our user surveys show 92% of customers report improved sleep quality within the first week.
Breathe Right uses a rigid spring band that pulls from the bridge of the nose and can collapse on deep inhale. Aerox uses a contoured flexible polymer with a stronger medical-grade adhesive that resists sweat and stays on all night.
Each Aerox strip is designed for single use and provides 8–12 hours of wear. Use a fresh strip each night or before exercise.
Using Aerox Strips
Start with a clean, dry nose — wash off any oils, moisturizer, or sweat first. Peel off the backing, center the strip across the bridge of your nose, and press firmly for 10–15 seconds, particularly at the ends. The strip should feel secure and comfortable.
Yes! Our strips use a sweat-resistant adhesive designed to hold through high-intensity activity including running, CrossFit, and cycling. Apply to completely dry skin before your workout for best adhesion.
Absolutely — that's what most customers use them for. The adhesive holds through a full night of sleep, including tossing and turning.
Wet the strip slightly with warm water, wait 10–15 seconds, then peel gently from the edges inward. This prevents any skin discomfort and ensures clean removal with no residue.
Aerox strips are designed for adults. For children under 12, please consult a pediatrician before use.
Health & Safety
Yes. Our adhesive is medical-grade, dermatologist-tested, latex-free, and hypoallergenic. If you have extremely sensitive skin or a skin condition, we recommend a 24-hour patch test on your inner wrist before using on your nose.
Aerox strips are effective for snoring caused by nasal congestion. By opening the nasal airway, they reduce the need for mouth breathing — a common cause of snoring. 87% of our customers report reduced snoring within the first week. Note: they do not treat sleep apnea.
Yes, external nasal dilators can help improve airflow even with a deviated septum by opening the nasal valve. However, they do not correct the underlying structural issue. Consult your ENT for persistent or severe symptoms.
Aerox strips are drug-free and applied externally, making them generally safe during pregnancy. However, always consult your healthcare provider before using any new product during pregnancy.
