OUR STORY

Training for the big Spartan Race, I thought I was prepared.

The gym work was good, and the runs were getting longer. But the one thing that kept holding me back? Breathing. Every run felt like I had a brick on my chest. Wheezing, short of breath, gasping through my mouth like I’d never trained a day in my life.

Sleep wasn’t any better.

I’d crash after a hard session and wake up feeling like I hadn’t even rested. It wasn’t just frustrating; it was killing my performance.

...

That’s when I stumbled across nasal strips. First time I tried one, I thought, “Holy sh*t… is this what breathing is supposed to feel like?”* For the first time, I could actually pull in clean air through my nose. Training felt lighter, and I was finally focusing on my breathwork.

...

But there was a catch:

They never stayed on. The second I started sweating, or if it was raining, or even just rolling around in bed, the strip would peel off and die on me.

...

So I went down the rabbit hole. Researched adhesives, tested materials, tried every brand I could find. I wanted something that stood up to everything and did it without causing skin irritation (I have eczema, so that mattered).

...

After enough trial and error, I found it: the right adhesive, the right material, built to last in any scenario. A strip that actually stays on when you need it most.

...

Whether you’re chasing performance, chasing better recovery, or just chasing a version of yourself that isn’t tired all the damn time… Aerox is your partner to breathe better, sleep harder, and perform relentlessly.

...

TL;DR:

Holding my breath held me back in training and sleep. Strips helped but never stayed on. I built Aerox to fix that. Durable, skin-friendly strips that keep you breathing better, recovering faster, and performing harder.
